This is the 5th round of an endurance training session. It’s a variation of the 300 workout.

I recently heard Martin Rooney, world reknowned strength and conditioning expert and author of “Training for Warriors”, state that in strength and conditioning training, there is both strength AND conditioning. Not every session will be huffing and puffing and throwing up from exhaustion. (This video, however, happens to be one of those!).  Some workouts are curbed toward gaining power or strength. That being said, I do a good job of mixing the two aspects in my training.
