w the recent addition of blackbelt and current ufc fighter rafaello oliveira to our gym, should be some great training in the next few months. w/ frankie edgar, the miller bros, and rafaello fighting in the near future, some intense workouts are sure to come.
one of the greatest things about fighting and training is the contacts and relationships you make. fighters (as well as wrestlers) are different from the norm. its always nice to meet up w people of the same nature. and who knows where those contacts could lead???
