Last weekend, I went to the Navy Yard in Philly to hang out w/ some fans and do a seminar. Unfortunately, most of the command had to go on emergency travel, so there were only three of us. Regardless, we hung out for a few hours; they showed me around the building and taught me a bit about the Navy, while I fielded questions pertaining to the UFC/ MMA.
It wasn’t exactly what we had planned, but it turned out to be a great experience anyway. I want to thank No Limits Personal Training and Milifidel.com for hooking these guys up some some cool shirts!
