Great night last night at the VFL Altoona show. Teammate Shorty Santella won the belt, and I got a great applause for the UFC deal. The local support is unreal, and it means a great deal. I hope we can have a huge showing at my debut.
Woke up at 6 this morning to drive back to Jersey for an 11 oclock workout. Probably one of the worst ‘wake up and drive to workout’ that I’ve had to do. About an hour into the drive, I woke up, and the workout was a good one!
Got to meet some Spaniard supporters here in East Stroudsburg for lunch. Very cool people; thank you for lunch.
