After a friday afternoon mma practice. black belt, a few brown belts, purple belt, and all good fighters. its not easy getting this much talent together in one room for a workout. even in “bigtime” gyms, you may only have 2 or three top notch guys to go w at a typical workout (w/ the exception of a few gyms). w/ guys like this, i have no choice but to get better.
