Happy Birthday to me!!! I’m UFC bound! I want to thank everyone who has helped me get to this point. It’s the culmination of a lot of hard work from a lot of different people. My family, especially my brother Ben, Dave and Darcy Regala for the great training and friendship, Eddie Alvarez and Steve Haigh at Fight Factory in Philly and Chris Liguori and Frankie Edgar for helping to introduce me to the sport, Matt Anderson for my awesome website, my friends and loyal fans who have traveled and repped the Spaniard shirts quite well, my supportive girlfriend Amanda, all the gyms that I’ve visited (HIT Squad, Team Quest, etc), Lock Haven and East Stroudsburg wrestling, Allen Coble and PA Grappling for giving me my start, Don Messing and No Limits Personal Training, and of course Mike Constantino/ AMA Fight Club/ and all my training partners!
