I just wanted to give a little update on my training for the fight. All is going well. During the last five weeks, I up my cardio and strength/ endurance training, and I am ahead of schedule on my progress. I can always gage my fight cardio based on a few workouts I add in to the mix, and I have stayed true to these workouts since the beginning – they have never failed me. A big thanks to No Limits (Don Messing) for my strength and conditioning.
Fight training is phenomenal. AMA is full of great talent, not just the big names, but everyone has played a big part in getting me ready. I can count on getting battered during “sharkbait” on a regular basis. My trainer (Mike Constantino) runs a heck of a practice. I also want to give a big thanks to boxing trainer Mark Henry – I continue to get better on a regular basis.
